HACAN, the Heathrow Association for Control of Aircraft Noise, published its July Newsletter.
HACAN reports on the Aviation Scoping document published in March 2011 in which the government confirms the decision to rule out expansion at Heathrow and new runways at Gatwick and Stansted.
